Mark Hamill�s signed Star Wars contract sold for $15,535 recently. The contract was a 22-page agreement between Mark Hamill and Star Wars Production Limited and was dated June 11, 1976. It reads in part: "The Company hereby engages and the Lender hereby agrees to make available his services as an actor playing the part of 'Luke' in a first feature cinematograph entitled 'The Star Wars'".

It listed Hamill�s salary as $13,000 to be paid in 13 weekly installments. Imagine that, he made a thousand bucks a week for Star Wars. Obviously, a great salary for a movie part a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.
